How long will therapy sessions last?
Therapy sessions last 45-55 minutes.
What will therapy be like?
Whether this is your first time coming to therapy or you’ve been in therapy before, For the Better strives to meet your needs. Maybe you’re ready to talk about things or maybe you feel unsure of where to start. Some people desire structure and others prefer a more “laid back” approach. Sessions will be led at your pace.
Your first session will be considered a Diagnostic Evaluation which entails discussing your needs and what you hope to gain from therapy. This may include discussing goals, your experiences that have led you here, and any other questions you may have.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance and you can be rescheduled. In the case of a cancellation without a 24 hour notice, your credit card on file will be charged the fee of the scheduled session.
Are sessions in person?
No, sessions are done virtually.
